Red wine made from tempranillo and
garnacha grapes which has spent 6 months
in vats and a further 12 months in American-
and French-oak casks. Racked twice in the
traditional way by emptying the casks by gravity,
one by one, the wine was then fined with natural
egg whites and finally bottled.
Due to the traditional method used for its ageing,
it could be decanted in the future.

A wine with good body, backbone and good depth
of colour.

Aromas of ripe fruit and elegant hints of toasted wood,
with a long, persistent finish.
