PRODUCTION PROCESS

Medium-bodied red with long ageing in new and semi-new American-oak barrels during 36 months and a further 36 months’ reduction in the bottle until released for sale.

TASTING NOTES

Complex and elegant nose. A bright, clear appearance. Smooth, silky and long in the mouth. Suitable for drinking with delicate and mild-tasting dishes. It must be opened 40 minutes before drinking and be served at 18 C.
